midislayer.com is operated by Monoglyph Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number pending registration). The content here describes a product in active development: features, dates and prices can change before launch, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than surprise you.
Buying MidiSlayer
When sales open, purchases will be handled by a merchant of record, who acts as the seller. Their checkout terms and refund policy apply to the transaction, and your statutory consumer rights are never affected by anything written here. One license is for your personal use on your own machines; Studio licensing covers seats for institutions.
The software
MidiSlayer is licensed, not sold: buy it once and use it for as long as you like, including offline. Don't redistribute it, resell license keys or pick the licensing apart. Updates within the major version are included.
Ours and yours
The MidiSlayer name, app, site and artwork belong to Monoglyph Ltd. Your practice data belongs to you and lives on your device, which is exactly where we want it.
The legal bit
The site and app are provided as-is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions to hello@monoglyph.co.uk.
